Description:
The Curriculum Coordinator ensures that the training and learning needs are addressed in accordance with all Program of Instructions as well as policy and overall learning strategy. The Curriculum Coordinator will act as the first line LMS support for stakeholders, end users, and content development. This position will also provide consultative and hands-on implementation support for On-the-Job Training (OJT) initiatives, create technical requirements, system documentation, and support system maintenance and upgrades.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Experience of delivering or developing the digital skills of course instructors/teachers
- 4+ years of experience managing all aspects of Learning Management Systems, as well as data analysis and reporting experience.
- Experience working in adult education and in producing inspirational learning content particularly e-learning.
- High proficiency in the English language with excellent verbal and written skills demonstrating perfect grammar and punctuation.
- In-depth understanding of eLearning standards including SCORM, HP5, and digital content standards.
- Advanced Microsoft Office Skills.
Medical Examination: Candidates must successfully complete all mandatory medical examinations required to obtain employment.
Criminal Record: To qualify for a Saudi Work Visa, candidates must have a clean criminal record with no prior convictions, as specified by the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Drug and Alcohol Testing: Candidates must pass a drug test to be considered for employment. Additionally, our ATSS program enforces a random drug and alcohol testing policy. Employees will be subject to periodic testing to maintain adherence to our workplace standards and safety regulations.
