Description:

The Training Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and directing all training activities that support organizational maintenance and operational requirements within a controlled aerospace environment. The position ensures training programs are effectively designed, delivered, and documented in alignment with corporate policies, contractual obligations, and applicable quality management standards, including AS9100, AS9110, and AS9120. Primary duties include overseeing curriculum development, instructor performance, training scheduling, and maintenance of qualification and certification records.

The position collaborates with quality, operations, and program management functions to identify training needs, evaluate program effectiveness, and implement improvements that enhance workforce capability and compliance performance. The Training Manager ensures consistent application of training standards, maintains audit‑ready documentation, and supports the organization's goals for operational readiness, personnel development, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree or 5 years related experience in Aviation, Safety, Quality, Training & Development, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 3–5 years of experience in training, learning and development, or a related role.

  • Proven experience designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs.

  • Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.

  • Ability to analyze training needs and interpret performance data to recommend solutions.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.

  • Proficiency with common office software (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and virtual training tools (e.g., Teams, Zoom).

Medical Examination: Candidates must successfully complete all mandatory medical examinations required to obtain employment.

Criminal Record: To qualify for a Saudi Work Visa, candidates must have a clean criminal record with no prior convictions, as specified by the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Drug and Alcohol Testing: Candidates must pass a drug test to be considered for employment. Additionally, our ATSS program enforces a random drug and alcohol testing policy. Employees will be subject to periodic testing to maintain adherence to our workplace standards and safety regulations.
