Payroll Officer

We're seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Payroll Officer to join our growing team. In this role, you'll take ownership of end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring employees are paid accurately, on time, and in full compliance with relevant regulations. • Process and review payroll for employees, ensuring accurate calculation of salaries, overtime, bonuses, deductions, and reimbursements.
• Maintain payroll records, verify timesheets and leave data, and ensure compliance with payroll, tax, and employment regulations.
• Respond to employee payroll inquiries, explain payslips and deductions, and resolve payroll discrepancies promptly.
• Reconcile payroll reports with accounting records, support month-end/year-end processes, and improve payroll systems, accuracy, and efficiency.
