BMS Engineer

The BMS Engineer will take ownership of Building Management System (BMS) projects from engineering and controller configuration through to commissioning and final handover. The role combines hands-on controls engineering, graphics development, technical documentation, and client coordination to ensure building automation systems are accurately configured, tested, and delivered to a high standard.

• Manage BMS projects end to end from engineering and controller configuration through to commissioning and handover.
• Configure controllers and develop BMS/EMS systems including control logic, graphics, and HVAC equipment integrations using BACnet and Modbus.
• Conduct system commissioning and troubleshooting including point-to-point checks, sensor verification, functional testing, and fault investigation.
• Manage technical documentation and client coordination including project records, commissioning reports, as-installed documentation, and handover packs.
