We're hiring a Technical Support Specialist to join a growing Shopify-focused team. The role is a mix of merchant support and technical troubleshooting, where you'll help Shopify store owners resolve issues, customize themes, and ensure integrations are working correctly.
- Provide technical support to Shopify merchants via live chat and email, resolving app installation and configuration issues.
- Troubleshoot and customize Shopify themes, including editing Liquid templates, CSS, and app integration files.
- Diagnose and resolve conflicts between the app and third-party Shopify apps or themes to ensure seamless functionality.
- Test fixes, maintain accurate documentation, and deliver clear, professional communication to merchants throughout the support process.
