About the job Rostering Coordinator
The Rostering Coordinator will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate, compliant staff rosters across SIL and community disability services. The role requires a proactive and detail-oriented approach to identifying coverage gaps, managing last-minute changes, coordinating with support workers, and applying the SCHADS Award and relevant employment standards. Working in a fast-paced NDIS environment, the successful candidate will ensure continuity of participant support while effectively managing competing priorities and urgent requests.
- Develop and manage staff rosters across SIL and community disability services, ensuring appropriate coverage and continuity of support.
- Identify and resolve roster gaps and changes proactively, including sick leave, emergencies, and participant requests.
- Ensure roster compliance by applying the SCHADS Award, National Employment Standards, and relevant shift, break, overtime, and penalty requirements.
- Coordinate with support workers and internal teams on shift coverage, timesheets, payroll support, worker-participant matching, and roster updates.
