Recruitment Resourcer

The Recruitment Resourcer – Trades & Labour Hire will support an Australian blue-collar recruitment desk by sourcing, screening, and engaging skilled tradespeople for live roles. The role is focused on building a strong candidate pipeline across trades such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical fitting, and welding, while providing accurate candidate information to the onshore recruitment consultants.

• Source and identify qualified trades candidates using SEEK, Bullhorn, Boolean searches, and direct sourcing tools.
• Conduct candidate outreach and phone screening to assess suitability and capture detailed candidate information.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines across multiple live roles, keeping CRM records accurate and up to date.
• Support the recruitment desk with market intelligence and job advertising, providing qualified candidates and relevant labour market insights to consultants.
