About the job HR Manager ( Luxury Real Estate Focus)
We are seeking a strategic and resourceful HR Manager Talent Acquisition with proven expertise in recruiting high-performing real estate agents who specialize in dealing with High Net Worth Individuals (HNWIs). The ideal candidate will have deep industry knowledge, a strong recruitment network, and the ability to attract and onboard professionals capable of representing premium properties in the UAE.

Lead end-to-end recruitment of luxury real estate agents and brokers with experience in handling HNW clientele.

Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals in the high-end property sector.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through networking, headhunting, and partnerships.

Collaborate with senior leadership and sales heads to identify role requirements, team structures, and performance expectations.

Evaluate candidates on their ability to manage ultra-luxury portfolios and high-touch client relationships.

Manage onboarding and orientation processes tailored to luxury sales professionals.

Maintain recruitment metrics, ensure compliance with labor laws, and continuously improve sourcing strategies.

Promote a high-performance and client-centric culture within the recruitment process.

8+ years of HR/talent acquisition experience, with at least 3 years in real estate recruitment, especially in the luxury or high-net-worth segment.

Strong understanding of the Dubai/UAE real estate market and talent landscape.

Proven ability to assess candidates for luxury sales roles, soft skills, and client engagement capability.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (CIPD certification is a plus).
