We are seeking an experienced Store Keeper with a strong background in managing construction site inventories. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and securing stock, ensuring smooth materials handling, and keeping accurate records of incoming and outgoing items.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the construction site store

  • Receive, inspect, and record deliveries of materials and equipment

  • Organize and maintain inventory in a systematic and secure manner

  • Ensure materials are issued and used as per site requirements

  • Monitor stock levels and prepare purchase requests when needed

  • Maintain accurate records of stock, tools, and equipment

  • Prevent material loss, damage, or theft by implementing strict controls

  • Coordinate with procurement, site engineers, and project managers

  • Prepare regular inventory reports and reconcile physical stock with records

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Store Keeper on a construction site

  • Solid knowledge of construction materials and tools

  • Excellent organizational and inventory management skills

  • Familiarity with storekeeping software or manual log systems

  • Ability to work independently and responsibly

  • Strong communication and coordination skills
