We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Time Keeper with hands-on experience in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing time and attendance records for site workers, tracking work hours, and ensuring accurate overtime calculations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor daily attendance and working hours of site personnel

  • Maintain accurate records of in/out timings and shift schedules

  • Track overtime, leave, absences, and early/late punch-ins

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly attendance reports

  • Coordinate with HR and Payroll for salary processing and timesheet verification

  • Maintain a system (manual or digital) for timekeeping and reporting

  • Verify and reconcile time logs with supervisors or foremen

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labor laws

  • Assist with manpower planning and site workforce allocation reports

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in timekeeping within a construction environment

  • Familiarity with biometric attendance systems and manual logbooks

  • Strong knowledge of overtime and labor hour calculations

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

  • Good communication skills and coordination with HR and site teams

  • Proficiency in MS Excel and timekeeping software is preferred
