About the job Time Keeper
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Time Keeper with hands-on experience in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing time and attendance records for site workers, tracking work hours, and ensuring accurate overtime calculations.
Key Responsibilities:

Monitor daily attendance and working hours of site personnel

Maintain accurate records of in/out timings and shift schedules

Track overtime, leave, absences, and early/late punch-ins

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly attendance reports

Coordinate with HR and Payroll for salary processing and timesheet verification

Maintain a system (manual or digital) for timekeeping and reporting

Verify and reconcile time logs with supervisors or foremen

Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labor laws

Assist with manpower planning and site workforce allocation reports
Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in timekeeping within a construction environment

Familiarity with biometric attendance systems and manual logbooks

Strong knowledge of overtime and labor hour calculations

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

Good communication skills and coordination with HR and site teams

Proficiency in MS Excel and timekeeping software is preferred
