We are seeking a Collections Manager with proven experience in the real estate development sector, specifically in managing installment collections for off-plan and ready properties. This role requires a strategic, data-driven professional who can ensure timely payments, minimize default risk, and maintain strong compliance with legal and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage collection operations for installment payments related to both off-plan and ready real estate projects.

  • Develop and implement recovery strategies to enhance cash flow and portfolio performance.

  • Monitor and track collection cases using CRM/payment systems for effective follow-up and resolution.

  • Analyze data to identify trends, improve collection processes, and mitigate default risks.

  • Prepare comprehensive reports on payment trends, settlements, and receivables for internal review and decision-making.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

  • Establish and nurture relationships with government entities to streamline registration and transaction processes.

  • Mentor and lead the collections team, promoting performance excellence and collaboration.

  • Drive customer engagement with professionalism and empathy, ensuring a positive client experience while securing payments.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of proven experience in collections, preferably within a real estate development environment.

  • Strong understanding of off-plan property sales, payment schedules, and regulatory frameworks.

  • Experience in using CRM and financial software for collection tracking and reporting.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

  • Ability to build relationships with clients and government institutions alike.

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
