• Analyzes user operations to understand their strengths and weaknesses to determine opportunities for improvements.
• Designing new computer systems and frameworks
• Collaborating with Business Analysts, Project Leads and IT team to resolve issues and ensuring solutions are viable and consistent
• Provides recommendations for business process redesign and documentation as needed for new technology.
• Structuring and prioritising business requirements and communicating plans with stakeholders for review and approval
• Ensure IT solutions meet user needs.

Qualifications

• Degree in computer science, information systems, Business Administration, or relevant field.
• Prior experience as a systems analyst or in a similar position.
• At lease 1 years of experience as a System Analyst or similar role.
