About the job Sales Assistant
RESPONSIBILITIES:
a) Administrative Support
· Assist the sales team with daily administrative tasks; data entry, filing, and organizing sales documents.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, ensuring that all customer information is complete and accessible for reference.
· Generate sales reports and prepare presentations to provide valuable insights to the sales team and management.
b) Sales Support
· Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies and achieve sales targets.
· Assist in lead generation and prospecting activities by conducting market research, identifying potential clients, and scheduling appointments.
· Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and delivery coordination, ensuring a smooth and seamless purchasing process.
· Build strong customer relationships and maintain regular communication to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products.
c) Team Collaborations
· Collaborate closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of sales activities.
· Assist in organising and coordinating sales meetings, conferences, and events.
