Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Providing sales and administrative support to sales team, attend to customer enquiries.
- Actively respond to emails and phone calls on all the sales enquiries, maintaining an efficient work environment.
- Coordinate with sales team by managing schedules, filinf important documents and communicating relevant information.
- To understand clients requirements and expectations and ensure the company provide the best service and commitment according to the company requirements and expectations.
- Maintain and organize sales records and report month-end goal setting to the management.
- Other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned.
