REGULATORY & HALAL EXECUTIVE

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Ensure that the company's products comply with the applicable regulations;
2. Maintain and update national and international legislation, guidelines and customer practices;
3. Collect and evaluate scientific data from a range of sources;
4. Develop and prepare product write-up for new product license as well as license renewal;
5. Prepare submission of license variations and renewal approvals;
6. Monitor and set a timeline for license variations and renewal approvals;
7. Write clear, accessible product labels and instruction leaflets;
8. Undertake and manage regulatory inspections and maintain technical documentation for audit;
9. Liaise with regulatory authorities;
10. To ensure all other duties and projects as assigned by the superior are done.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's Degree in Science (preferably in chemistry or applied science);
• At least 1 year of working experience in the field of cosmetics, medical devices or pharmaceutical;
• Having a Certified HALAL Executive will be an added advantage;
• Knowledge in QMS including ISO13485, GMP, and HALAL regulations;
• Experience in clinical research studies is added value;
• Analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Independent and having good communication skills.
