BRIEF DESCRIPTION

The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our cosmetic business operations. Reporting directly to the company's executive leadership, the General Manager will play a vital role in setting and executing the company's strategic vision, managing resources, optimising processes, and building a high-performing team.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Administrative Support:

  • Manage executives' schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Organize and maintain files, documents, and records.
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls in a professional manner.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
  • Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events as needed.

2. Personal Assistance:

  • Provide personalized support to executives in their daily tasks and activities.
  • Handle personal errands, such as grocery shopping, banking, and other miscellaneous tasks.
  • Assist in managing household and personal matters as required.
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.

3. Driving Responsibilities:

  • Safely transport executives to and from various locations, including meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the vehicle.
  • Adhere to traffic laws and regulations at all times.
  • Plan efficient routes to optimize travel time.

4. Miscellaneous Duties:

  • Assist in ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned.
  • Act as a liaison between executives and other staff members.
  • Perform any other duties as necessary to support the smooth operation of the office and executives' needs.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role, preferably in the skincare or beauty industry.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

  • Familiarity with local traffic laws and routes.

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.

  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.

  • Proficiency in basic computer skills, including MS Office Suite.
