In this role, youll handle international client communication, support import-export operations, and ensure a smooth customer experience from order to delivery.
Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for international clients via email, WhatsApp, and other communication platforms

Prepare and issue documents such as invoices, catalogs, quotations, and shipping papers

Coordinate with internal teams and freight forwarders to ensure timely deliveries

Monitor activity on e-commerce and B2B platforms and respond to inquiries

Resolve customer queries promptly to maintain satisfaction

Assist with content creation, social media updates, and digital marketing activities
Job Requirements:

Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)

Familiarity with international trade procedures and logistics

Good organizational skills with strong attention to detail

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Basic knowledge of digital marketing or e-commerce is an advantage

Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and strong interpersonal skills
