In this role, youll handle international client communication, support import-export operations, and ensure a smooth customer experience from order to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for international clients via email, WhatsApp, and other communication platforms

  • Prepare and issue documents such as invoices, catalogs, quotations, and shipping papers

  • Coordinate with internal teams and freight forwarders to ensure timely deliveries

  • Monitor activity on e-commerce and B2B platforms and respond to inquiries

  • Resolve customer queries promptly to maintain satisfaction

  • Assist with content creation, social media updates, and digital marketing activities

Job Requirements:

  • Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)

  • Familiarity with international trade procedures and logistics

  • Good organizational skills with strong attention to detail

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing or e-commerce is an advantage

  • Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and strong interpersonal skills

  • Fresh graduates with relevant backgrounds or internships in export-import or customer service are encouraged to apply
