Location: Tulsa, OK (Hybrid – initial onsite training required)
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week
Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (flex option: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
Compensation: $62,000 – $75,000 annually (based on experience)
Relocation: Bonus available with 2-year commitment (must relocate within 30 days if outside 71-mile radius)

Overview

We are seeking a Talent Partner to support full-cycle recruiting efforts for assigned business units. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality candidates while ensuring a positive experience for both hiring managers and applicants through proactive communication and strong service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively source and engage candidates using a variety of recruiting strategies
  • Review, screen, and interview candidates to assess fit against role requirements
  • Present qualified candidate slates to hiring managers in a timely manner
  • Partner closely with hiring managers, providing updates and market insights
  • Manage internal transfer requests and candidate pipelines
  • Extend offers using established compensation guidelines
  • Initiate and coordinate post-offer processes
  • Participate in and support recruitment events (may include evenings, occasional Saturdays, and regional travel)
  • Maintain accurate reporting by reconciling recruitment data and system records
  • Ensure a positive candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the process

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 2+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage and prioritize work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Knowledge of HR practices and employment laws (state and federal)
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools

Preferred:

  • Experience with Workday or similar HRIS platforms

Additional Details

  • Role requires attendance at recruiting events (including evenings and occasional weekends)
