Required

- Current and valid Drivers License
- Able to pass federal level criminal background check and not possess an OMMJ Card.
- Hard working in a team environment to meet the needs of every customer

Answers to the Team Lead or Project Manager. Technician provides support for clients and finds fixes, workarounds, and final solutions by troubleshooting issues while providing exemplary customer service. Technician must be technically capable and a self-starter with strong organizational and customer service skills. May be required to work weekends or after hours.
Objectives:
- Find solutions
- Run Cable
- Install ACC
- Install Cameras
- Assist with Programming
- Finding solutions from previous cases using our Documentation and reaching out to vendors
- Adding actions items to a job
- Linking similar jobs together
- Adding further information and items (Assets, configuration items, clients, etc) to the initial job
- Completing jobs
- Escalating jobs
- Responding to client queries
- Respond to tickets in accordance with SLA guidelines
- Record, track, and document the problem solving process including actions taken through to the final resolution
- Respond in timely manner to requests and issues
- Repair and replace equipment as needed
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Willingness to be trained: Job-specific training for unique systems. Systems will be chosen by Wyatt Tech leadership

- Receive direction from the Team Lead and/or Project Manager
- Review documentation provided by team lead (floorplans, paperwork, etc.)
- With approval from the Team Lead, Communicate with onsite contact
- Do the requested work
- Communicate any work request changes with your team lead who will report it to the project manager and/or sales lead
- Assist with making sure the site is cleaned up and better then when you arrived
- Communicate what you did with the team lead, office and documents in CW
- Prepare for the next day
- Responsible for communicating materials that were used with the team lead
- Responsible for completing the scope of work and getting the job done with the team
- Complete all other tasks and responsibilities assigned by Wyatt Tech
Working Conditions and Physical Effort
- Moderate physical activity. Requires handling of objects up to 50 pounds and/or standing and/or walking throughout the day. Outside work required.
Rate of Pay
- Hourly Position
- Overtime paid when over 40 hours of work occurs in one week. Overtime needs to be pre-approved
Hours of Operation
- Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm. Some evenings, weekends and overnight work is required.
