Overview
Were seeking a seasoned Sr. Enterprise Architect to lead a transformative ERP migration from a 20-year legacy RPG system to Oracle NetSuite. This strategic role will shape the future-state architecture, guide enterprise-wide technology decisions, and ensure seamless integration across platforms, infrastructure, and business processes. The ideal candidate brings deep ERP migration experience, cloud-first thinking, and a passion for aligning IT with business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and deliver scalable, secure enterprise solutions aligned with business strategy
- Lead the design and implementation of NetSuite ERP architecture, including data migration, integration, and customization
- Develop and maintain technology roadmaps to support infrastructure modernization and platform evolution
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business goals into actionable technology strategies
- Define architectural guardrails and ensure cross-functional alignment across IT and business units
- Model current vs. future state architectures, focusing on legacy-to-cloud transitions
- Create high-level system designs, sequence diagrams, and integration blueprints
- Mentor technical teams and foster architectural excellence across the organization
- Drive proofs-of-concept and innovation initiatives to explore emerging technologies
- Influence executive decision-making with data-driven insights and architectural foresight
Skills & Qualifications
Required Experience:
- 10+ years in IT architecture, with 5+ years in enterprise-level ERP transformation
- 3+ years working with sequence diagrams, HLSD documents, and architectural modeling
- Proven success migrating from legacy ERP systems (e.g., RPG/AS400) to cloud platforms like Oracle NetSuite
- Hands-on experience with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and NetSuite customization/integration
- Strong background in hybrid cloud, SaaS ERP/CRM/MRP platforms, and data center modernization
- Deep understanding of security, disaster recovery, and business continuity architecture
- Familiarity with middleware, APIs, and integration frameworks for legacy-to-cloud transitions

- Preferred: TOGAF, Oracle NetSuite ERP Consultant, OCI Migration Architect, or similar certifications
