️IT Specialist / Systems Administrator

Location: Tulsa, OK (On-site) Employment Type: Direct Hire Salary Range: $75,000 $90,000 DOE

About the Role

We're hiring a versatile IT Specialist / Systems Administrator to support our client's on-site IT Service Delivery operations in Tulsa. This direct-hire role blends deep Microsoft systems expertise with hands-on network support, ideal for someone who thrives in a hybrid infrastructure environment. You'll be responsible for maintaining enterprise-level systems while ensuring reliable network performance and security.

️ Key Responsibilities

Systems Administration:

  • Administer and maintain Microsoft Active Directory and Azure AD environments
  • Manage Office 365 services, including SharePoint, OneDrive, and Exchange Online
  • Configure and support Intune for device management and compliance
  • Implement and oversee Microsoft Purview for data governance and security
  • Provide Tier 2/3 support for system-related issues and service requests

Network Support:

  • Monitor and troubleshoot LAN/WAN connectivity, switches, and firewalls
  • Assist with VPN configuration, remote access, and network performance tuning
  • Support network security protocols and assist with compliance initiatives
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal teams on infrastructure upgrades and maintenance

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in IT systems administration and network support
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure AD, and Intune
  • Familiarity with network hardware, firewalls, and routing/switching concepts
  • Experience with Microsoft Purview or other data governance tools is a plus
  • Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator) preferred
