Crystal Reports Developer

Employment Type: Part-Time or Full-Time Contract (Option for Permanent Hire)
Pay Range: $35-$55/hour DOE

Position Overview
A distribution company in Tulsa is seeking an experienced Crystal Reports Developer with a strong background in SAP Crystal Reports, SQL, and Stored Procedure development. The developer will work closely with internal stakeholders to design, modify, and maintain complex sales reports, financial reports, and other performance analytics. This position is integral to ensuring timely and accurate reporting for business decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain SAP Crystal Reports based on business requirements.
• Build and optimize SQL queries and Stored Procedures for report generation.
• Collaborate with sales, finance, and operations teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored reporting solutions.
• Modify existing reports to reflect updated business metrics, processes, and data sources.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and secure handling of sensitive business information.
• Provide troubleshooting and problem-resolution support for report-related issues.
• Create documentation for report configurations, data sources, and procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience with SAP Crystal Reports.
• Expertise in SQL query writing and Stored Procedure development.
• Strong understanding of relational databases and data structures.
• Experience working in distribution, supply chain, or similar industries preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills for working with cross-functional teams.
