This is a new strategic role created as part of the team expansion, designed to strengthen the company's focus on proactive product portfolio development, market growth, and revenue generation.
The position offers an opportunity to work in an international technology distribution environment, collaborating with global vendors and regional partners while driving the growth of key IT product categories.
Our client is part of a leading international technology distribution group, operating across Central and Eastern Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and CIS markets.
The company specialises in Value Added Distribution, OEM solutions, and technology services, delivering IT, IoT, and AI solutions to partners across multiple regions.
With an extensive portfolio of more than 110,000 technology products from leading global manufacturers, the company provides a one-stop-shop distribution model for IT components and finished products.
Purpose of the Role
This position has been created to strengthen the IT Distribution business unit and support the company's continued growth in the Baltic region.
The role will focus on proactively managing and developing specific product categories, driving sales performance, strengthening relationships with partners, and improving market positioning.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute sales strategy, pricing, and brand positioning for the assigned product portfolio
- Achieve revenue and profitability targets according to agreed KPIs
- Manage product distribution, assortment, and pricing across sales channels
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new retail partners
- Lead commercial negotiations and client meetings across the Baltic region
- Plan sales forecasts and promotional activities together with sales and marketing teams
- Monitor inventory levels, supply planning, and stock availability
Requirements
Must-Have
- 3+ years of experience selling IT products
- Proven sales and business development skills
- Strong analytical thinking, planning, and execution capabilities
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication skills in Latvian and English
- Category B driving license

Compensation Package
Gross Monthly Salary EUR 2800 – EUR 3010 depending on experience and profile
Quarterly MBO Bonus EUR 2,800 gross per quarter upon achieving agreed objectives
Quarterly Gross Profit Commission 5% commission calculated from the gross profit generated by the assigned product portfolio
