A client of ours, a precision medical device manufacturer, is seeking experienced CNC Swiss machinists in Seabrook, New Hampshire. They are looking for individuals to edit programs, set up and operate Citizen Swiss machines, and maintain CNC programs. The role involves troubleshooting, optimizing production, and collaborating with engineering on new product development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • CNC Program Management:

    Creating, editing, and maintaining CNC programs, as well as setting up machines and creating setup sheets.

  • Troubleshooting and Optimization:

    Collaborating with others to minimize downtime, investigate new methods, and optimize production processes.

  • Collaboration:

    Working with engineering and production teams on new product development and design for manufacturing.

  • Production Support:

    Setting up and running production equipment to meet customer demand.

Requirements:

  • Experience:

    A minimum of 3 years of CNC Swiss lathe machining experience is typically required.

  • Education:

    A high school diploma or GED is generally required.

  • Skills:

    Strong CNC machining capabilities, programming skills, and the ability to read blueprints are essential.

  • Physical Demands:

    Light to moderate physical exertion, including lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs, and standing for extended periods.

Their capabilities include additive manufacturing, validated processes, and supply chain integration. They work on a variety of medical devices, including orthopedic, spine, and dental implants and instruments, as well as surgical robotic components.
