About the Opportunity

Tech Talent Express is expanding its Freelance Recruiter Network and seeking experienced Senior Recruiters with established networks in manufacturing and engineering talent.

This is a commission-only role designed for recruiters who already have access to candidates and want to maximize earnings without restrictions, quotas, or micromanagement.

We currently support 20+ active roles ready to fill immediately, with a strong focus on skilled manufacturing and engineering talent.

What You'll Recruit For

You will focus on placing candidates in high-demand roles such as:

• CNC Machinists (Mill / Lathe / Swiss)
• CNC Programmers
• CMM Programmers / Inspectors
• Quality Inspectors / Technicians
• Maintenance Technicians
• Manufacturing Technicians
• Mechanical Engineers
• Electrical Engineers
• Hardware / Manufacturing Engineers
• And more

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and submit qualified candidates for active roles
• Leverage your existing network and pipelines to drive placements
• Submit candidates aligned to client requirements and compensation
• Maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Collaborate with TTE leadership on role priorities and feedback
• Deliver quality over quantity targeted, well-matched submissions

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years recruiting experience in manufacturing, engineering, or skilled trades
• Proven track record of successful placements
• Strong existing candidate network (this is critical)
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
• Experience with contract and/or direct hire placements
• Strong communication and candidate management skills

Compensation Structure

• 100% Commission-Based (1099)
• Earn a percentage of TTE placement fees (not salary)
