Position Overview:
The Licensed Plumber will be responsible for performing plumbing installation, repair, and maintenance services in residential and multi-family properties. Candidates with prior experience in property management, apartments, or housing environments are highly preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and maintain water, gas, and drainage systems.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues in residential and multi-family settings.

• Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure systems are functioning properly.

• Respond to work orders in a timely and professional manner.

• Ensure all work complies with local building codes, safety regulations, and licensing standards.

• Collaborate with property managers, maintenance teams, and tenants to address plumbing needs.

Requirements:

• Valid Texas Plumbing License (Journeyman or Master).

• Proven experience in residential plumbing; apartment or property management background strongly preferred.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.

• Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Must have reliable transportation and basic plumbing tools.

• Eligible to work multiple locations within Houston.
