Job description:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Leasing Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in apartment leasing and marketing. This individual will play a key role in attracting and retaining residents while ensuring a positive experience throughout the leasing process.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents, answer inquiries, and conduct property tours.
• Effectively communicate leasing terms, policies, and community amenities.
• Prepare, review, and process lease agreements and related paperwork.
• Maintain accurate records of prospects, applications, and lease documents.
• Assist with marketing efforts, including online listings, social media, and resident events.
• Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing resident concerns.
• Ensure model units and community areas are well-presented and welcoming.
• Collaborate with the property management team to achieve occupancy goals.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in apartment leasing and marketing (1+ years required).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
