Position: Mechanical Assembler
Full Time: 40-hrs a week, 8:00am to 4:00pm, Monday through Thursday, Friday 6:00am to 2:00pm (Flexible).
Candidate must be Dependable and Reliable. Candidate must on-time every day by 8:00 AM. Tardiness and
absenteeism is unacceptable and will not be tolerated. Better early than late. This is Very Important!
Experience Required:
Candidate should have the ability to read, interpret and follow basic blueprints, diagrams, engineering drawings,
specifications, bills of materials, and other written instructions or procedures to accurately assemble equipment
and products.
Candidate will be required to cut, strip and tin individual wires to specified lengths.
Candidate will be responsible for the installation of electronic components such as pins, sockets, lugs, quickconnect terminals and connector housings to wires, cable assemblies and/or wire harnesses using a variety of tools
and equipment in accordance with manufacturers specifications and customer requirements.
Candidate will be required to install wire crimps/terminations to raw wire and cable in accordance with the
manufacturers specifications, industry standards and customer requirements.
Candidates should possess many of these skills and abilities initially and will receive additional training when and
where needed.
Candidate must be willing to take instruction well and require minimal supervision. Candidate should also
demonstrate good decision making and comprehension skills.
Experience in the mechanical assembly of wire, cable, and/or harnesses.
Basic reading skills are required, and candidates must be able to follow directions.
Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly.
Ability to use thinking and reasoning to solve a problem.
High attention to detail and self-motivation skills.
Experience with IPC/610 and/or IPC/620 Workmanship Standard and ISO 9001:2015 Quality System a plus
