Job Summary:

TTE Staffing is growing fast and were looking for driven, entrepreneurial recruiters to help us source top talent across several industries. This is a fully remote, 1099 contractor position, offering 100% commission-based pay with high earnings potential.

Responsibilities:

Candidate Sourcing: Find and engage quality candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and outreach tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and ContactOut.

Screening & Vetting: Conduct initial phone screens and submit qualified candidates to account managers or clients.

Pipeline Building: Maintain a healthy talent pipeline for recurring roles in IT, Construction, Engineering, and Property Management.

Collaboration: Work closely with the TTE sales team to align talent pipelines with current client needs.

ATS Management: Keep candidate records updated in our applicant tracking system.

Skills and Competencies:

24 years of recruiting experience (agency or internal)

Strong sourcing and screening skills

Familiarity with job boards, boolean searches, and LinkedIn

Excellent written and verbal communication

Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently

Experience in IT staffing or niche industry recruiting a plus

Education or Prior Work Experience

Bachelors Degree: In business administration, Human Resources, or a related field. Alternatively, relevant staffing/recruitment industry experience (2-4 years) can substitute for formal education.

Reports to

Director of Business Development or Head of Talent Acquisition

Location: Fully remote, with a preference for Tampa, Florida candidates, but open to out-of-state applicants. Some travel may be required (10% to 25%).
