Refurb Technician

Position Overview:

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Polisher to join our production team. This role plays a critical part in the preparation and finishing of high-precision components primarily electronics such as mobile devices and Apple products. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with specialized equipment and performing fine-detailed tasks in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate grinding and polishing machines to finish and repair electronic components
• Apply UV glue to molds and components with precision
• Cure items using UV machines according to standardized procedures
• Place and remove parts from molds carefully to avoid damage
• Clean and remove excess glue or material from finished products
• Assist with basic machine maintenance and upkeep
• Ensure a clean and organized work area
• Follow detailed instructions and company quality standards at all times

Qualifications & Skills:

• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs as needed
• Strong hand-eye coordination and a steady hand for precision work
• Good eyesight, with or without corrective lenses
• Highly organized with attention to detail
• Able to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

Preferred Experience:

• Prior experience working with microscopes or precision tools
• Background in mobile phone or Apple product repair
• Familiarity with machine operation and maintenance in a manufacturing environment

Work Environment:

This position is based in a production/manufacturing setting and may require standing for extended periods and working with small or delicate components. Personal protective equipment (PPE) may be required depending on the task.
