Job Summary:

TTE Staffing is growing fast and were looking for driven, entrepreneurial recruiters to help us source top talent across several industries. This is a fully remote, 1099 contractor position, offering 100% commission-based pay with high earnings potential.

Were looking for a Junior Recruiter with strong outbound sales instincts someone who is not afraid to pick up the phone, initiate conversations, and build relationships from scratch. If youve done cold calling, outbound sales, or high-volume outreach and love the thrill of connecting with new people, this could be a great fit for you.

What Youll Be Doing?

As a Junior Recruiter, youll work closely with our senior team to help us find and connect with great candidates across the U.S.

Source, engage, and qualify candidates for active positions

Initiate outbound calls to passive candidates (yes, actual calls not just DMs!)

Build and manage a strong pipeline of candidates using creative sourcing strategies

Collaborate with senior recruiters to understand client needs and refine candidate profiles

Track candidate progress and follow up consistently

What You Bring?

Proven comfort with outbound calling and cold outreach (sales, recruiting, or call center experience a plus)

Self-starter mindset youre energized by autonomy, not intimidated by it

Excellent communication and people skills

Resilience, resourcefulness, and a positive attitude

Compensation:
