We currently have a role as an Product Application Architect - Enterprise Modernization with our large consulting client, working for a large modernization project for a public sector, crown corporation in the Montreal area.

Role: Product Application Architect - Enterprise Modernization

Type: Permanent or Long Term Contract

Location: Hybrid - Montreal, QC -(2/3 days per week onsite)

Salary: Base salary ranges from $140,000 - $160,000 (depending on experience) + 9% bonus + 4-5 weeks paid vacation + 6% RRSP matching + benefits + sick/personal day + cell phone allowance + discounts for public transit and may other perks

Contract Pay Rate: $100 - $120/hr (freelance/incorporated)

Language Requirements: English & French

Key Info: Candidates must be based out of Quebec

Define and evolve the architecture of transactional digital products to ensure their performance, integration, scalability and reliability.

Responsibilities

  • Design application and integration architectures.
  • Define services, APIs, and integration templates.
  • Supervise the technological choices of the product teams.
  • Ensure the consistency of the architecture with enterprise standards.
  • Contribute to the performance, security and resilience of solutions.
  • Support the development teams throughout the implementation.
  • Participate in the analysis of major incidents and continuous improvement.
  • Support Cloud, DevOps, and application modernization initiatives.
