Role Overview

Were hiring a strategic and entrepreneurial Business Development Lead Fintech to drive adoption of our core products across global fintechs. Youll work directly with the founding team to shape go-to-market strategy, close high-impact partnerships, and influence product direction based on market feedback.

This is a high-ownership role at the intersection of fintech and crypto infrastructureideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and knows how to turn relationships into scalable growth.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Market Development

Define and execute the companys fintech BD strategy

Identify high-leverage entry points (e.g., stablecoin corridors, payment rails, B2B/B2C use cases)

Craft compelling narratives tailored to fintech decision-makers

Partnership Execution

Own the full sales cyclefrom discovery and demos to closing deals

Identify, pitch, and secure integrations with top-tier fintech and crypto companies

Product Alignment

Collaborate with product, engineering, and integration teams to ensure successful onboarding

Channel partner feedback into roadmap decisions (e.g., compliance features, API needs, chain support)

External Leadership

Represent the company at fintech and crypto industry events

Build thought leadership around programmable money and next-gen payments infrastructure

Maintain strong relationships with ecosystem players (wallets, stablecoin issuers, infrastructure providers)

Iteration & Scale

Test and refine BD strategies, tools, and tactics to find scalable success

Candidate Profile

5+ years in business development or sales within payments or fintech

Proven track record of closing and scaling complex deals with fintech clients

Deep understanding of fintech infrastructure: wallets, custody, card issuing, stablecoins, compliance tooling, developer platforms

Comfortable engaging with stakeholders across all levels from founders to product managers

Strategic thinker with the ability to map fragmented value chains and craft compelling theses

High-agency operator who can build 01 partnerships and GTM strategies with minimal oversight

Adaptable and resilient in fast-moving, ambiguous markets

Strong communicator clear, concise, and confident across written and verbal formats
