Role Overview

Were hiring a Lead QA Engineer to drive quality across mobile and web platforms. Youll define and execute testing strategies, mentor QA team members, and collaborate closely with engineers to automate testing for blockchain-based applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute automated and manual test strategies
• Mentor and guide QA team members
• Collaborate with engineers to automate blockchain app testing
• Use fixtures to emulate diverse testing scenarios
• Understand Android/iOS build processes and mobile testing workflows
• Implement tooling to fork blockchain environments for transaction testing

Tech Stack & Tools

• Mobile: React Native, Detox, Maestro, Appium
• Web: Playwright, Cypress

Ideal Background

• Experience in fintech or crypto exchange environments
• Strong understanding of mobile build pipelines
• Familiarity with blockchain infrastructure and testing methodologies
• Passion for building robust, scalable QA systems in high-growth environments
