Recruiting Intern

Job Description:

Techchaintalent is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Recruiting Intern to join our team in London, UK. As a Recruiting Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced and dynamic field of recruitment. This is a 3 - 6 month internship with the potential for a full-time position upon completion.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for various positions
• Conduct initial phone screenings and schedule interviews
• Post job openings on various job boards and social media platforms
• Utilize various recruitment tools and techniques to attract top talent
• Support the recruitment team in coordinating and scheduling interviews
• Attend job fairs and networking events to promote the company and attract potential candidates
• Assist in maintaining candidate databases and tracking recruitment metrics
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide updates on recruitment progress
• Participate in team meetings and provide input on recruitment strategies and processes
• Conduct reference checks and assist in drafting offer letters
• Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
• Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive and able to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
• Familiarity with recruitment tools and techniques is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Available to work at least 20 hours per week for a minimum of 3 months
