Position: Senior Data Analyst

What Youll Be Doing

• Lead our analytics efforts: transform complex datasets into actionable insights, build scalable data pipelines, and design dashboards that influence strategic decisions
• Analyze protocol usage patterns, enhance openliquidity marketplace performance, track backend metrics, and extract market signalsall to improve our chainabstraction protocol.
• Work at the crossroads of data science and blockchain, optimizing liquidity flows, uncovering market opportunities, and ensuring high performance across multiple chains.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement robust data pipelines aggregating data from backend services, GA, and onchain sourcesusing both SQL and NoSQL databases to deliver a unified performance view.

Create dashboards and reports (e.g., via Dune Analytics and Metabase), and partner with engineering, product, and biz teams to define KPIs that guide strategy and product enhancements.

Monitor market trends and system performance to anticipate shifts in liquidity demand, user behavior, and swap activity informing resource allocation and feature planning.

Optimize data infrastructure for scale and efficiency, ensuring analytics cope with increasing complexity and volume in our liquidity marketplace.

Build and maintain data models that illuminate relationships between liquidity providers, users, and system performance spotting bottlenecks and growth opportunities.

About You

A true data enthusiast curious, thorough, and always on the hunt for hidden insights.

• Technically strong in SQL, NoSQL, dataviz tools, and able to navigate both data structures and codebases.

• Team oriented with a startup mind set low ego, open communicator, adaptable to rapid change.

• Hands on experience with blockchain analytics (e.g., Dune Analytics), and demonstrated success in extracting onchain and offchain insights.
• Based in a GMT+0 to GMT+7 time zone to ensure smooth collaboration with the team.
