Role Overview
Your mission:
Identify high-potential protocol teams both established and emerging and book discovery calls with our Account Executive team.
Core Responsibilities

Source & onboard protocol leaders (priority weight: 10×)

Build outreach strategy, refine messaging, and manage leads in CRM (5×)

Own your drive & priorities stay adaptive and ambitious to help the firm
succeed (5×) - Support brand growth through event coordination, social media, and marketing when relevant (1×)
