Senior Head of Distribution
Location: London preferred (open to exceptional remote candidates)
Type: Full-time, Long-Term Hire
Compensation: $200k $250k + Equity/Tokens
A fast-growing crypto investment platform is seeking a senior BD leader to spearhead strategic distribution and build its sales organisation from the ground up. This is one of the most critical hires in the company's journey a high-impact role for someone who can both close and build.

What's Missing
We need a senior counterpart who can:
- Independently close deals with exchanges, custodians, and asset managers
- Build and professionalise the sales org beyond reactive intros
- Take increasing ownership from the founder to enable scale
What You'll Do
- Lead negotiations and close distribution partnerships with top-tier institutions
- Partner with the founder on key accounts, while owning deals end-to-end
- Define and execute a structured go-to-market strategy
- Build and scale the sales organisation: hire, coach, and lead
- Establish reporting and process discipline to scale past Series A
What You Bring
- Proven track record closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals in crypto, fintech, or financial services
- Experience building or scaling BD/sales teams ideally post-Series A
- Gravitas and charm credible with C-levels, but commercially aggressive when needed
- Hands-on operator: you drive deals, not just manage them
- London-based preferred, but open to exceptional global talent
Ideal Profile
- 7-12+ years of relevant experience
- Background in high-growth environments (crypto protocol, fintech scale-up, asset manager)
- Strong mix of relationship skills, deal-making ability, and operational rigour
- Ambitious, driven, and ready to build something enduring
Compensation
- Base salary: $200k $250k
- Equity/tokens to align long-term incentives
