Role: Korea Community Manager
Were looking for a Korea Community Manager to grow, engage, and support our community in South Korea. You will be the bridge between the project and our Korean-speaking users, ensuring they stay informed, supported, and excited about our mission. This role is highly cross-functional, working closely with the global community, marketing, and product teams.

Responsibilities

  • Build, manage, and grow the Korean-speaking community across platforms such as Telegram, Discord, Twitter, and local Web3 forums.

  • Localize announcements, educational content, and technical updates to ensure accessibility for Korean users.

  • Act as the main point of contact for Korean community members, answering questions and escalating feedback to the global team.

  • Organize online and offline community events, AMAs, and meetups to increase awareness and engagement.

  • Monitor community sentiment, identify growth opportunities, and propose creative campaigns tailored for the Korean market.

  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align community strategy with global goals.

  • Stay up to date on local Web3 trends and partnerships to strengthen the projects presence in Korea.

Requirements

Experience & Education

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent professional experience.

  • 1+ years of experience in community management, marketing, or related roles in Web3/crypto, gaming, or tech.

Skills

  • Native-level Korean with fluency in English (spoken and written).

  • Deep understanding of Korean Web3 culture, platforms, and communities.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect authentically with users.

  • Hands-on experience with community platforms (Telegram, Discord, Twitter, Kakao, Naver, etc.).

  • Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working in distributed, international teams.

Nice to Have

  • Previous experience growing or managing crypto/blockchain communities in Korea.

  • Familiarity with DeFi, NFTs, smart contracts, or zero-knowledge technology.

  • Event management or partnership-building experience.
