Role Overview

As a Solana Program Engineer focused on integration, youll design, develop, and maintain Solana smart

contracts (programs) while ensuring seamless connectivity with APIs, SDKs, and off-chain services. Youll

play a key role in linking blockchain and backend systems to deliver secure and scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

Develop and optimize Solana programs using Rust and Anchor.

Design robust integration layers for external systems and APIs.

Collaborate with backend and frontend engineers for seamless workflows.

Ensure code quality through documentation, testing, and reviews.

Diagnose and resolve issues related to performance, integration, and scalability.

Contribute to architectural discussions and the evolution of our blockchain stack.

Requirements

2-5 years of experience in blockchain or Solana program development.

Strong proficiency in Rust and familiarity with Solana development tools (Anchor, CLI, web3.js).

Proven experience integrating blockchain programs with external APIs and SDKs.

Strong analytical and debugging skills with a focus on maintainable code.

Proactive, autonomous mindset with strong attention to detail.

Bonus: experience with DeFi, cross-chain, or distributed systems.
