What You'll Do

• Design and implement scalable automation frameworks for modern web and desktop applications.
• Create and maintain automated tests across unit, integration, API, and end-to-end layers.
• Build reliable, reusable test suites for interactive 3D browser applications.
• Transform product requirements into comprehensive automated test scenarios.
• Develop and optimise CI/CD pipelines to ensure fast and reliable releases.
• Use AI-assisted development tools to improve test coverage, productivity, and defect detection.
• Create performance and load testing solutions to measure application scalability.
• Investigate test failures, eliminate flaky tests, and continuously improve automation stability.
• Work closely with software engineers, technical leads, and QA specialists to identify the highest-value automation opportunities.
• Contribute to monitoring and quality metrics by building dashboards and actionable reporting.

What We're Looking For

• 8+ years' experience in Software Test Engineering, SDET, or Test Automation.
• Expert knowledge of Playwright and TypeScript.
• Strong experience testing modern React applications.
• Solid understanding of testing strategies across unit, integration, API, and end-to-end testing.
• Experience designing automation frameworks rather than simply maintaining existing ones.
• Hands-on experience using AI-powered development tools such as Cursor, Claude, GitHub Copilot, or similar.
• Strong understanding of web technologies, REST APIs, browser behaviour, and debugging tools.
• Experience integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or equivalent.
• Excellent JavaScript/TypeScript skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience testing applications built with Three.js, WebGL, or other 3D rendering technologies.
• Knowledge of performance, stress, or load testing.
• Experience writing automation in Rust or C#.
• Exposure to CAD or engineering software such as Revit or Rhino.
• Experience testing .NET desktop applications, plugins, or native software.
• Previous experience helping scale QA practices across multiple products or engineering teams.
