About

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to join a high-performing software development team building and evolving a commercial SaaS platform.

This is not a ticket-taker role. You will operate as a key contributor in an Agile environment, working across the full stack and helping shape architecture, quality standards, and technical direction.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience building and maintaining commercial SaaS applications
• Strong experience with object-oriented programming and core computer science fundamentals
• Deep understanding of data structures
• Solid knowledge of modern software design patterns
• Strong grasp of SOLID principles
• Experience working within Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban)
• Excellent debugging and problem-solving abilities
• Experience collaborating with UX designers in a user-centric development process
• Strong communication skills in English
• Ability to work from functional and technical specifications

Advanced SQL expertise, including:

• Complex query writing
• Schema design and architecture
• Query optimisation
• Performance tuning

Strong quality mindset, with hands-on experience writing:

• Unit tests
• Integration tests
• End-to-end tests

What You'll Be Doing

• Contribute across the full lifecycle of a complex web application
• Develop across the full stack: front end, back end, and database
• Collaborate closely with Product to refine features, estimate effort, and shape the roadmap
• Partner with DevOps on infrastructure planning and deployment strategies
• Propose creative, scalable solutions to complex technical challenges
• Take ownership of issue identification, root cause analysis, and resolution
• Monitor system health and performance
• Build scalable, high-quality, maintainable software
• Work within a highly efficient, globally distributed team
