We're working with an innovative technology company that's transforming how professionals design, review and deliver projects through AI-powered software.
As the company continues to scale, they're looking for a Senior Product Designer to take ownership of key user experiences across their platform. This is an opportunity to shape products that thousands of professionals rely on, helping users discover value quickly while continuously improving the overall experience.
This role is ideal for someone who combines exceptional UX and visual design skills with a strong understanding of product strategy, user behaviour and data-driven decision making.
What you'll be doing
- Design intuitive user experiences for a sophisticated B2B SaaS platform.
- Continuously improve existing features by analysing customer feedback, usability studies and product analytics.
- Create onboarding experiences that help new users understand the product quickly and become successful from their first session.
- Design user journeys that encourage adoption of premium capabilities through thoughtful, customer-focused experiences.
- Produce wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes and polished high-fidelity designs using Figma.
- Validate ideas through rapid prototyping, user testing and iterative design.
- Work closely with Product Managers and Software Engineers to define solutions, prioritise features and deliver high-quality releases.
- Contribute to the evolution of the company's design system and maintain consistency across the platform.
- Collaborate with engineering teams using modern AI-assisted development workflows, including Claude Code.
- Help shape the future direction of the product by balancing business objectives with customer needs.
What we're looking for
- At least 5 years of professional Product Design experience.
- Proven experience designing B2B SaaS products used by business customers.
- Commercial experience working on products that incorporate AI features or AI-powered workflows.
- Advanced proficiency with Figma, including design systems, component libraries and interactive prototyping.
- Experience collaborating with engineering teams using Claude Code or similar AI-assisted development tools.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design across complex web applications. Applications without a portfolio cannot be considered.
- Strong UX, interaction and visual design skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Experience using customer research, product analytics and experimentation to improve user experiences.
- Ability to solve ambiguous problems independently and take ownership from discovery through delivery.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
Nice to have
- Experience designing onboarding, activation or product growth experiences.
- Experience with subscription, licensing or monetisation flows.
- Knowledge of the Architecture, Engineering and Construction (AEC) industry or other complex enterprise software.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS or JavaScript to collaborate more effectively with engineering teams.
What you'll find

- A collaborative, fast-moving team that values experimentation, ownership and continuous learning.
- The chance to influence product direction and see your work have a measurable impact on customer success.
- An environment where great ideas are encouraged regardless of title or tenure.
- The opportunity to work alongside talented product, engineering and AI specialists building the next generation of professional software.
If you're passionate about designing products that solve meaningful problems, enjoy working closely with engineers, and want to help shape the future of AI-powered software, we'd love to hear from you.
