Ideal candidate would have 4+ years experience managing fire alarm & life safety projects with knowledge of NFPA and local fire code.

Must have experience and proficiency with budget, job costing, cash flow, change orders, project schedules, new construction and work flow process. Knowledge of project management principles and excellent communications skills required.
