AI Business Specialist

Mission

The AI Business Specialist acts as a strategic bridge between business and technology. They identify relevant AI use cases, oversee their implementation, and guide organizations through the digital transformation that AI adoption requires.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and prioritize AI opportunities aligned with business objectives.
• Design and lead AI projects (Proof of Concept, pilots, and industrialization).
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications (data, models, integration).
• Assess feasibility, risks, and ROI of AI solutions.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders (business, IT, leadership) and external partners (vendors, integrators).
• Drive change management and support teams in adopting AI solutions.
• Contribute to AI governance, compliance, and ethical frameworks.

Required Skills

• Proven experience leading digital transformation or AI-related projects.
• Solid understanding of data science, machine learning, and AI technologies (not as a developer, but able to challenge and collaborate with technical experts).
• Strong business analysis skills with the ability to build AI business cases.
• Project management expertise (Agile, PM methodologies).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Structured, analytical, and value-driven mindset.

Education and Experience

• Higher education degree in IT, business, engineering, or related field.
• Certification or practical experience in AI, data, or digital transformation.
• Minimum 5 years experience in roles bridging business and IT (consultant, digital project manager, business analyst, product owner).
• Fluency in English and French.
