Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Functional Project Manager to lead cross-functional projects and ensure their successful delivery from initiation through go-live and post-deployment support. This role involves close collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners, managing timelines, mitigating risks, and ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs.

Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership:
  • Own and drive the project lifecycle, ensuring day-to-day management of tasks, deliverables, and communications.

Stakeholder Coordination:

  • Serve as the central point of contact for all project stakeholders; ensure  alignment between business, technical, and functional teams.

Project Planning & Governance:

  • Develop and manage project schedules, identify and mitigate risks, and enforce governance practices to keep the project on track.

Scope & Specifications Management:

  • Review and adjust functional specifications based on evolving needs, ensuring clarity and feasibility for implementation teams.

Testing Oversight:

  • Coordinate and execute functional and integration testing to validate system behavior against requirements.

Documentation:

  • Create user manuals and documentation for complex functionalities to support user adoption and system understanding.

Training & Onboarding:

  • Conduct training sessions for end-users and support the onboarding of future local administrators.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Functional Project Manager or similar role.

  • Strong understanding of functional specifications, testing methodologies, and business processes.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience with project governance frameworks and risk management.
  • Huge plus: experience working on CRM platforms

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in change management or user adoption initiatives.

  • Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project management methodologies.
