Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Administrative Support:

    • Manage and maintain executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
    • Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for internal and external meetings.
    • Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
  2. Communication Management:
    • Monitor and prioritize incoming communications, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
    • Facilitate effective communication flow within the executive team and across departments.
  3. Project Coordination:

    • Assist in coordinating and tracking various projects, ensuring deadlines are met.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and facilitate project-related tasks.
    • Prepare project status reports and updates for executive review.
  4. Information Management:

    • Manage and organize sensitive information with a high degree of confidentiality.
    • Conduct research and compile data as needed to support decision-making processes.
    • Maintain an efficient filing system for documents and records.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in office software (MS Office, Google Workspace).
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • A proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving.
  • Familiarity with the IT industry and outsourcing practices is a plus.


Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in the IT industry or a similar sector is advantageous.
