EC2. Support and Maintenance Developer

Location: Romania (any applicant outside Romania will automatically be declared not fit for this position)
Type: 100% remote

Mission:

Under the supervision of the Support & Maintenance Lead, your tasks will be to:

• Maintain existing features in a backend and frontend ecosystem;
• Ensure best practices are applied day-to-day, notably regarding testing and security aspects;
• Be an active participant in the application architecture and functional definitions;
• Evolve the technical ecosystem by proposing solutions and tools.
  
  

Your profile:

• IT Software engineer degree or equivalent;
• At least 2 years of experience in development using PHP and JavaScript;
• Curious, eager to explore and debug;
• Analytic mindset and always solution oriented;
• Able to debug and profile applications;
• Familiar with developing REST APIs;
• Knowledge of SQL databases (MySQL), React, Redux, Typescript;
• Beeing comfortable with Docker would be a plus;
• UX sensitive and keeping user needs in mind;
• Rigorous and you like a well-done job;
• Team player but able to be independently when needed;
• Able to communication in English, both orally and through written documentation, with colleagues from an international team;
• Located in Romania.
