Responsibilities:

• Lead QA efforts across multi-module Guidewire platforms.

• Define and drive test strategies, metrics (e.g. STP, defect leakage), and test governance.

• Mentor QA engineers and oversee quality across sprints.

• Collaborate with product and delivery stakeholders in Agile/SAFe contexts.

Requirements:

• 7+ years in QA, with 3+ years in lead roles.

• Strong experience in enterprise platforms (Guidewire preferred).

• Proficient in managing test teams, automation strategies, and reporting.

• Excellent stakeholder communication and team mentoring skills.

• ISTQB Advanced or equivalent leadership certifications.
