About Our Client:

We are seeking licensed psychotherapists to join their mission-driven team and provide compassionate, inclusive care that meets the unique needs of a diverse client base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver client-centered psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and groups, tailored to each clients unique needs and experiences.
- Address a range of mental health concerns, including identity exploration, stress, anxiety, trauma, and systemic challenges.
- Provide culturally competent care to clients navigating intersectional identities such as race, gender, sexuality, and disability.
- Support clients in areas such as:
- Coming out and identity development
- Developing coping strategies for systemic and interpersonal stress
- Building resilience and fostering self-worth
- Navigating alternative relationship structures
- Maintain professional, confidential client records in compliance with all legal and ethical standards.
- Participate in supervision, team meetings, and ongoing training to stay current with best practices in inclusive therapy.
Qualifications:
- Education: Masters or Doctoral degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field.
- Licensure: Licensed (or license-eligible) in your practicing state (e.g., LMFT, LCSW, LPC, PsyD).
- Strong understanding of intersectionality and its impact on mental health.
- Proven experience working with LGBTQIA+ populations and addressing identity-based challenges is a strong plus
- Experience with or openness to working with non-traditional relational or sexual frameworks is a plus.
- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable.
